Our headquarters is here — onsite consultations, plan reviews and mobile support just around the corner.
Our head office sits at Unit 517/87 Overton Rd, and it is the base every one of our teams works from. Participants and families are welcome to meet us here for intake conversations, plan reviews, documentation and general check-ins, rather than doing everything over the phone. The building is fully wheelchair accessible with lift access, accessible bathrooms and quiet meeting rooms for anyone who finds busy environments hard, and there is free onsite parking plus nearby street parking for drop-offs and support vehicles.
Being a short walk from Williams Landing Station and the town centre makes appointments genuinely easy to reach by train or bus, which matters for participants building independent travel skills. Because we are already in the neighbourhood, support here starts fast and rosters are simple to fill: workers can reach most streets in minutes, so early morning shifts, evening visits and same-week starts are realistic. All of it is still mobile care — we come to your home, school or workplace, with the office available whenever meeting in person is easier for you.
Every service below is delivered by mobile teams travelling out from our Williams Landing hub.
Plain-language help understanding a new plan and getting supports moving. Meetings can happen at our office or your home.
Coordination that keeps therapists, workers and services aligned. One contact point instead of chasing several providers.
Specialist coordination for high-risk or fast-changing situations. Escalation steps and responsibilities agreed in writing.
Everyday disability support at home and out in the community. Short travel distances mean reliable, punctual shifts.
Recovery-focused mental health support with internal counselling behind it. Steady routines rather than crisis-only contact.
Qualified social workers for advocacy, housing risk and family stress. Clear written advice you can take to other services.
Community access and daily living skills built around local shops, parks and transport. Confidence first, independence next.
Module 2A registered behaviour support. Restrictive practices documented, reviewed and safely reduced over time.
Personal care at home — showering, dressing, meals and medication prompts. Same-gender and language-matched workers on request.
A worker beside you for appointments, shopping and outings. Transport and timing organised for you.
SIL and independent living skills for people moving into their own place. Help assessing whether a home suits your needs.
Health appointments, exercise and sleep routines kept on track. Concerns raised early with your GP and allied health team.
The area is compact and well planned, with the station, shops, cafes and parkland all within a short trip. That makes it a good place to practise everyday skills at a comfortable pace: a coffee order, a grocery shop, a train trip, then home again without a long journey in between.
In-home support stays quiet and respectful. Apartments and townhouses sit close together here, so workers keep visits discreet, follow your household routines and stick to agreed arrival times. The same small team attends each week, and the level of support flexes up or down as your goals change instead of following a fixed template.
Three things families in this area tell us matter most.
Where we support community access
Shopping practice, budgeting and busy-space tolerance.
Walking routines, gentle exercise and quiet sensory time.
Travel training on trains and connecting bus routes.
