I started this company with a vision to support and go the extra mile to enhance the lives of people with disability. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and a Diploma in Early Childhood & Care, alongside ongoing workshops in the field. Before this, I worked as a compliance officer, which built my strong eye for detail. I am a people person, passionate about helping and supporting people of all abilities. Our next steps are to expand across Melbourne, take on more complex cases and continuously upskill our team. When I'm not focusing on the business, I am a mother of 4 boys and love music, cooking, baking, reading and exploring the world.

I love the team spirit and the variety of clients at Infinite Support. My most memorable moments are when my clients show progress physically, emotionally and spiritually. Outside of work, I enjoy writing poems and other forms of literature.

My name is Mohammed El Masri and I work as a Support Worker at Infinite Support, which I joined in April 2026. What brought me to the role was my passion for helping people build confidence, independence and meaningful community experiences. The staff and management at Infinite are welcoming and helpful, which brings comfort to both support workers and participants. My main responsibilities include supporting participants with community access, daily living tasks, transport, social engagement, appointments and helping them achieve their personal goals. I bring patience, empathy, strong communication skills, reliability and a positive attitude. Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, boxing/MMA training, watching AFL and spending time with family and friends. I was raised in Lebanon for most of my childhood, which means I am fluent in Arabic — reading, writing and speaking.

My name is Ahmad Sharaia and I work at Infinite Support as a Support Worker. I joined after seeing an opportunity advertised for support workers, reached out to the admin team and was grateful for the chance to demonstrate my passion for supporting others. My main responsibilities include assisting participants with daily activities, providing emotional and physical support when needed, promoting independence and helping create a safe, respectful and positive environment. I bring compassion, patience, strong teamwork skills and a genuine passion for helping people. Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching sports — especially basketball and rugby — going to the gym and spending quality time with my family. A fun fact: I speak Arabic as a second language, and sport has always been one of my biggest interests.

I was drawn to the role by my passion for helping others and a desire to see how I could apply my skills to support clients and their families in meaningful ways. In my role at Infinite Support, I support clients in accessing the community and participating in recreational activities that promote independence and well-being. I focus on creating a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment where clients feel empowered and supported. I bring strong communication skills and an approachable nature to my work, helping clients and their families feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout our interactions. Outside of work, I enjoy training at the gym and playing team-based sports like volleyball and soccer. Staying active and being part of a team helps me stay balanced and energized. A fun fact about me is that I grew up in the chilly climate of Tasmania, and I’m conversational in Tamil, which is my second language.
